2． 隔離式安全柵本安端（藍色端）和非本安端電路的連接導線在匯線槽中應分開鋪設，各自采用獨立的保護套管。本安側(cè)的配線管道內(nèi)不允許有其它電源線，包括其本安電路使用的電源線。
3．通往危險場所的導線應選用有藍色標記的本安導線，導線的軟銅面積必須大于0.5mm2，絕緣強度應大于500V。
4． 在對隔離式安全柵進行通電調(diào)試前，必須注意隔離式安全柵的型號、接線方法、線路極性等是否符合設計及產(chǎn)品要求中的規(guī)定，否則可能對人身及設備造成傷害。
5．嚴禁用兆歐表測試隔離式安全柵端子之間的絕緣強度。如要檢查系統(tǒng)的絕緣強度，應先斷開全部隔離式安全柵的接線，否則可能引起安全柵內(nèi)部電路損壞。
6． 在現(xiàn)場對安全柵進行編程前，必須先將所有接線斷開再接入編程器，然后通電編程，否則可能引起不良后果。
7．與隔離式安全柵相連接的現(xiàn)場儀表，均應采用通過經(jīng)國家認定的有關防爆檢驗部門進行防爆試驗、并取得防爆合格證的儀表。
8． 在設計、安裝、使用、維護隔離式安全柵時，應同時遵守本產(chǎn)品使用手冊中的說明及《GB3836.15-2000爆炸性氣體環(huán)境用電氣設備第15部分：危險場所電氣安裝（煤礦除外）》及

The MTL5074 converts a low-level dc signal from a temperature sensor
mounted in a hazardous area into a 4/20mA current for driving a
safe-area load. Software selectable features include linearisation,
ranging, monitoring, testing and tagging for eight thermocouple
types and 2-, 3- or 4-wire RTDs. For thermocouples requiring coldjunction compensation, the HAZ-CJC plug can be ordered with the
product, and includes an integral CJC sensor.
